Group Breathwork
Harness the power of shared intention in a group to deepen your journey and amplify the energy.
Service Description
Join our group breathwork sessions to experience the power of collective energy work. This session combines somatic breathwork techniques with advanced multi-sensory technology to help you release stagnant energy and embrace a calmer, more authentic life. "Letting Go" is a 70-minute masterpiece of emotional alchemy. This journey is not a passive relaxation; it is a "ride" into the subconscious depths designed to help you reclaim the energy currently trapped in your past. Using a deep two-part mouth-breathing technique, you will build a powerful "breath medicine" that bypasses the analytical mind to access stored pain, anger, and shame. This journey is a profound somatic intervention for those who feel physically and emotionally "heavy" from the weight of the past. It is specifically designed for individuals who are ready to stop just talking about their baggage and start discharging it. If you are struggling with long-held resentment toward an ex-partner, childhood trauma that still dictates your reactions, or a persistent "inner critic" that keeps you in a cage of self-sabotage, this experience is for you. It is for the person who understands that "forgiveness is for the forgiver" but needs a visceral, non-linear way to actually achieve it. Whether you are battling the debris of a tough breakup, financial hurdles, or inherited family patterns, Letting Go provides the high-pressure environment required to crack the shell of the ego and emerge into a state of liberated presence.
